To ensure that this Hotel has publicness (is accepted by public) and provides a safe and comfortable stay to guests, the following rules need to be followed: Not abiding by these rules may lead to cancellation of stay and/or refusal to use the hotel facilities.

Further, if you happen to damage any equipment or fixtures inside the hotel premises, the Hotel reserves a right to charge you the full cost of the same.

General Rules Of The Hotel:

(1).

Do not use the guest rooms for purposes other than intended without authorization.

(2).

To prevent fire for your safety and the safety of others, smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and closed areas, including on the bed and any places where fire hazards may arise. Please be informed that violating this policy will result in a penalty fee as outlined in our house rules.

(3).

The equipment and articles in guest rooms are strictly meant for the guests staying in the Hotel. Hence, inside the guest rooms,
use of such equipment and articles by outsiders is prohibited.

(4).

Be careful not to move the articles in the Hotel or guest rooms from their fixed places without permission.

(5).

Do not scream, sing loudly, or create loud noises by any other actions inside the Hotel or guest rooms, as it may disturb
or annoy other guests staying in the Hotel.

(6).

Please be informed that the cleaning of guest rooms is the responsibility of the hotel.
Please note that if the hotel management deems it necessary, cleaning may be conducted regardless of the guest's preference, and guests may not refuse such service.

Flexible reservation conditions:

(1).

Flexible reservation must be guaranteed by valid credit card number. The holder of the credit card must be one of the arriving guests or otherwise authorisation form must be obtained from Reservation department, and returned filled, dully signed and with a photocopy of both sides of the card.

(2).

Card given for guarantee may be pre-authorised for an amount up to the total price of the reservation to ensure the validity of the card and sufficient
funds to cover the reservation costs. Pre-authorisation is not final payment and will be released in the period specified by the card issuing bank. For further information about pre-authorisation rules, please contact your card issuing bank.

(3).

Cancellation Policy

Standard Policy (non high season):
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before the date of arrival.
If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice by midnight local time on the day of arrival), the total price of the reservation will be charged.

High Season Policy (applies during designated high season periods):
In case of cancellation, 50% of the total amount is non-refundable and will be charged.
In case of no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice by midnight local time on the day of arrival), the total price of the reservation will be charged.

(4).

Please note that you will find the property's contact details (link to location and contact page) also on the confirmation email that you will receive
after completing your booking.

Non-refundable reservation conditions:

(1).

All reservations paid in advance online are considered non-refundable.

(2).

Reservations with NON-REFUNDABLE conditions require a deposit of 100% of reservation amount that will be charged to client’s credit card on the day of booking.

(3).

In the case of cancellation, modification or in the case of no-show, the total amount is taken as a cancellation penalty and no part of the
payment will be refunded under any circumstances. Reservation is final.

Housing rules and accommodation conditions:

(1).

Check in is from 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible only upon agreement with hotel and a fee may apply.

(2).

Guest is responsible for all damages caused in the room during his/her stay and agrees to cover the costs for repairs, replacements or extra cleaning. In case the guest finds any damage in the room at the time of the arrival, he/she is obliged to report it to the hotel reception immediately.
Any later reports will not be taken into consideration.

(3).

Guest is responsible for paying all charges that occur during his/her stay unless otherwise stated in the reservation. By signing this form, guest authorizes ALSUS Boutique Hotel to pre-authorise (block) appropriate amount on his/her credit card to cover incidental charges that occur during the stay and are not settled by departure (minibar consumption, damage, etc.).

(4).

ALSUS Boutique Hotel provides the guest with temporary accommodation in a hotel room OR lease of accommodation unit; room number/unit number is specified on the registration card. Total costs and conditions for rent/lease have been agreed in the reservation documentation. ALSUS Boutique Hotel is operated by SAMARITIS SA, ID 24852813.

(5).

Between 10 PM (22:00 hours) and 6 AM (6:00 hours) there is a time of night rest, calm and quiet in the hotel. We kindly ask all guests to respect it.
Behaviors which leads to disturbing other guests from night rest are strictly forbidden. That includes loud TV or music listening, loud discussion in the rooms or in the corridors and other disturbing manners. In the case of serious violation of this rule, the hotel may penalize the guests with a financial fine up to 300 EUR or, in necessary cases, call the police.
