A great choice!
We stayed at Hotel Alsus during our trip to Crete and it was a great choice! The hotel is located in a convenient location - near the sea, shops and cozy taverns. The rooms are very clean, modern and well equipped - everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the staff: friendly, friendly, always ready to help.
The atmosphere in the hotel is warm and calm - ideal for relaxation. We recommend the Alsus Boutique Hotel to everyone who is looking for quality service and hospitality in Crete!

Our stay at the Alsus Boutique Hotel in Crete was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, always helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. The rooms were spotless and so beautiful—it felt like a luxury retreat. The pool bar made the best drinks we've ever had, and we couldn't get enough of the cocktails! The hotel is in a perfect spot, close to Heraklion and many gorgeous beaches. Every request we had was met with a smile, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
The food was out of this world—so flavorful and cooked to perfection. The pool was just right, and with the sunny weather, it was the perfect place to relax and get a tan. Plus, the hotel was super close to everything we needed. My boyfriend and I had the best time ever and can’t wait to come back as soon as possible! We stayed in the Majestic Suite and had the best time of our lives.
Highly recommend!
P.S. make sure to try the “Candy Coconut” cocktail, it was delicious!

We found this Hotel by Chance and did not once regret our booking. First of all, the staff is super friendly and welcoming and they always helped us with our questions. We had one of the modern rooms with pool view and it was just as expected from the pictures and always clean. The food we tried at the Hotel restaurant was incredibly good, as were the cocktails. There were some vegetarian mains I was really happy with, a few more options would have been nice though. We booked directly at the Homepage of the Hotel and were surprised to get a free meal at the Restaurant. Thank you for that! The tropical atmosphere is a huge plus, you'll find nothing like that nearby. But the location of the hotel was great, too. You'll walk 2 minutes to a really nice beach, the bus station is nearby (20 min. ride to city center), there are supermarkets and great tavernas, like kritiko spiti or mitato.
Over all, it was just a wonderful experience and exactly what we hoped for 🙂

🙂 This hotel is like little paradise. The hotel and the pool looks beautiful. In the room is literally everything new and clean ,the food amazing and the staff was very friendly. Honestly, mostly I love the cocktails on the pool 😀. Strongly recommending!!!

Wir sind Anfang April 2025 von Deutschland nach Kreta geflogen & waren sehr erleichtert, nach dem Flug nur ca. 15 Minuten zum Hotel gefahren. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert & unsere Koffer wurden vom Personal auf das Zimmer gebracht.
Wir waren unglaublich glücklich als wir gesehen haben, dass das Zimmer genau so aussieht wie auf den Bildern (Das trifft auf das gesamte Hotel zu).
Das Bett ist bequem, die Zimmer sind sauber & die indirekte Beleuchtung gibt dem Zimmer eine tolle Atmosphäre.
Das Hotel bietet ebenfalls einen Stellplatz was für uns mit einem Mietwagen sehr praktisch war.
Nach Heraklion braucht man je nach Verkehr ca. 10-15 Min. & es gibt ebenfalls Anbindungen für den Bus & die Straße runter befindet sich ein Supermarkt.
Das Frühstück im Hotel war einfach nur WOW! Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Auswahl. Es wird während der Frühstückszeit dauerhaft frisch zubereitet & man merkt, dass es mit Liebe gemacht wird. Das Personal scheut keine Mühen, um auch auf Wunsch hin etwas zuzubereiten.
Die Öffnungszeiten für die Pool‘s & Bar‘s sind super & das Personal mehr als freundlich!
Unser Aufenthalt war alles in einem sehr toll & wir würden es jedem empfehlen! 😀

very beautiful hotel, place all the same like in photos. stuff are very polite. kndly recommended. sea and beash are close to the hotel. recomend to rent the car and go to Anogia.
Excellent family run hotel!
Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean.
The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need.
We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily.
The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely.
The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking.
The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.
