To cancel your reservation if you booked directly with the hotel, please follow these steps:
Go to our website: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Find the Cancellation Option: You will see an option to cancel your reservation at the bottom of the page.
Enter the Required Information:
Email: Enter the email address you used when making the reservation.
Verification Number: Enter the verification number you received when the reservation was confirmed.
After entering your information, simply follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
Please be informed that:
Non-Refundable Reservations: If your reservation is non-refundable, unfortunately, it cannot be refunded.
Flexible Rate Reservations: If you have a flexible rate reservation, you may cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival without any charge. However, cancellations made after this period will be charged in full, and no refund will be provided.
For direct bookings with the hotel, whether you need to pay up-front depends on the type of rate you've selected.
If you have chosen a Non-Refundable Rate, your card will be charged immediately after the reservation is made. This rate does not allow cancellations.

At Alsus Boutique Hotel check-in time is after 2 pm. and check out time at 11:00 am.
Early check-in is subject to availability. If your room is ready upon your arrival, we’ll be happy to accommodate you. Otherwise, you're welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room and enjoy the hotel facilities until your room is ready.
For late check-out, please inquire at the reception on your departure day. The reception team will let you know if it's possible to keep the room longer and inform you of any additional cost.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in any enclosed areas of Alsus Boutique Hotel. However, guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony of their room and in the open common areas of the hotel.

Yes, we do have a fitness room in our hotel. It is located at the end of the building, right next to the pool. The fitness room is open daily from 07:30 AM to 21:00 PM. We hope you enjoy your workout during your stay!
